Golden State Warriors star point guard Stephen Curry is set to be out for at least three months after undergoing a hand surgery. He broke his left hand midway through the third quarter against the Phoenix Suns.
This is yet another hit for the dynasty Warriors. After losing Kevin durant for free agency and Klay Thompson suffering a torn ACL in last year’s NBA Finals, the dynasty might be coming down.
Curry so far is a 6x All Star, 2x MVP and a 3X NBA Champ. This season, he is averaging 20.3 points, 5 rebounds and 6.5 assists.
The Warriors so far through four games are 1-3. They have won two
of the last three NBA Championships, and three of the last five. Curry was on all of those teams.
The Warriors have now lost another one of their stars. It begs this big question: is the dynasty over?
